WEN + K.C Paris pre-wedding photo session

Pre-wedding photo session of Wen and K.C in Paris this past week-end. Wen had contacted me for some fun & stylish pre-wedding portraits as she was planning her trip to Paris a little while back. She had one requirement which was being able to see the Eiffel tower in some of the photographs. So we met early morning, on a saturday to skip the afternoon crowd and started our photo tour at the Champs de Mars. The weather was perfect, quite warm actually for the season and not a drop of rain in sight. No need to say that if rain had occurred, we did have a plan and a gorgeous umbrella at hand.

We spent a little while at the Champs de Mars; I noticed a kids playground and thought it might be a nice idea to have the two of them playing a little bit on the site with an adorable princess’s castle.
Uber took us from one location to the next; first the Bir Hakeim bridge which is minutes away from the Eiffel tower. We then headed towards the Seine, place de la Concorde, the Tuilerie gardens and to Louvre to finish the morning with.
The photo session took us three hours to complete. It is a lot of fun to take a couple around Paris for a few hours for some romantic photograph. So much fun actually, that it is always tempting to carry on for a few more hours. The streets of Paris are after all the perfect setting for your pre-wedding or an engagement photo session. I find from experience that three hours is quite perfect to have a wonderful serie of photographs before it is time to just sit down, relax and have a drink!
Below you will find a few more pre-wedding and engagement photo tour that i have organized with various couples this year. As a photographer, it is quite an exiting challenge to come up with a large serie of creative photographs that show the love of a man and a woman within those three hours. Time flies, my couples are not always used to have their portraits taken and might be a little camera shy at first.
A good pre-wedding photographer has to be creative. Every couple is different, it is important to quickly establish a relationship so that you can relax and have fun in front of the camera.
In any case, enjoy this serie of photographs below that i had a lot of fun producing. If you are interested to see a larger portfolio of pre wedding and engagement portraits, you can go to our engagement portfolio on our website or browse any of the galleries below.
